Installation Procedure

For fast and reliable joints of ASTM pipes and fittings use Permafix ASTM solvent cement and follow the below explained steps-

	1) Jain UPVC pipe can be cut easily with plastic pipe cutter,
	2) A slight bevel will ease the entry of the pipe into the socket.
	3) Apply a Heavy, even coat of Perma – Fix solvent cement to the out side of the pipe end.
	4) Apply a medium coat of Perma – Fix solvent cement to the fitting socket.
	5) Immediately insert the pipe into the fitting’s socket, Aline the fitting in the proper orientation.
	6) The set and cure time for Perma – Fix solvent cement depend’s on pipe size and temperature.
